It’s much easier for the student to learn if they can go back and see the mistakes along with the corrections. This is particularly useful in a situation where, for example, you’re tutoring a student in a subject like a foreign language. Either way, you can strike through text as a suggestion that it be deleted, but leave it in place for them to see.
